$5,000 bonus paid on first paycheck (typically) Additional bonuses: $5,000 after 90 days , $5,000 after 12 months Relocation assistance available (1-year commitment required if accepted)

Schedule:

3 shifts per week 12-hour day shifts 36 hours guaranteed per week

Responsibilities:

Provide emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of conditions including trauma, cardiac, and neurological cases Work in a 30-room ER with all private rooms, including a 6-room observation unit Collaborate with physicians, PAs, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care Maintain accurate documentation using Allscripts Sunrise EMR Administer medications using Omnicell system

Patient & Facility Details:

Level IV Trauma Center Average 100 patients per day Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:3 or 1:4 6 fast-track beds for non-urgent cases 1 seclusion room and 5 monitored rooms Support staff includes 5 technicians during peak hours Requirements Active RN license Minimum 2 years of RN experience (ER experience preferred) Required certifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support, TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)

Pay:

$31.00 - $47.00 per hour
