Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) to join a fast-paced Emergency Department in Show Low, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a Level IV Trauma Center providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population, including trauma, cardiac, and neurological cases. Key Responsibilities Deliver immediate, high-quality nursing care to emergency patients Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and respond to critical situations Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress Administer medications and treatments using established protocols Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems Unit Details 30 private ER rooms , including a 6-room observation unit (EDOU) 6 fast-track beds for non-urgent cases (supported by PA) 1 seclusion room + 5 monitored rooms Average patient volume: ~100 patients/day Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:3 or 1:4 Support staff: 5 technicians during peak hours Requirements Minimum 1 year of RN experience (ER) Active RN license Compensation & Benefits Comprehensive benefits package
Sign-On Bonus:
$5,000 after 90 days $5,000 after 12 months Additional $5,000 bonus payable on first paycheck
Relocation Assistance Available Pay:
$31.00 - $47.00 per hour
