Direct Hire Opportunity - Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (Days/Nights)

Schedule:
36 hours per week (Guaranteed) One on-call shift per 4-week schedule
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$31.00-$47.00/hour (approximately $58,032-$87,984 annually based on a 36-hour work week) $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 90 days) Additional $5,000 Retention Bonus (paid after 12 months) Relocation Assistance available (1-year employment commitment required; repayment applies only if leaving before one year) Full-time permanent position with comprehensive benefits Requirements Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery experience (2+ years required; 3+ years strongly preferred) C-section experience required Experience caring for high-risk obstetric patients Strong fetal monitoring interpretation and intervention skills Active RN License
BLS ACLS NRP
(Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification Support & Resources Respiratory Therapist available 24/7 OB Scrub Technician Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) Patient Care Technician (PCT) Health Unit Secretary Nurse Manager available for support as needed 24/7 in-house
Pharmacy Pay:
$58,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
