Qualifications:
Active RN license, valid in the state of Arizona or eligible for compact licensure Minimum of one year current experience in Telemetry nursing BLS and ACLS certifications required Ability to quickly acclimate to new settings and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care to patients in a telemetry setting, closely monitoring cardiac rhythms Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Accurately document patient conditions, responses to treatment, and ongoing care activities Provide education and reassurance to patients and families
