Key Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year of recent telemetry experience preferred Strong patient monitoring and assessment skills Proficiency with telemetry equipment and interpretation of cardiac rhythms Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
Core Responsibilities:
Provide specialized care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring Monitor and interpret telemetry data, quickly responding to cardiac changes Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, treatment, and ongoing care needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and observations
