  • 12 hrs # of needs: 2 REQUIREMENTS
  • RN•AZ•license in good standing •2 years of current acute care/sub acute/Long-term experience •
BLS/ACLS/NRP
(front/back-singed)
  • 2•Current references (RN's) •Current•Physical (within-12 months) •Current•PPD (within•12 months) •Titers•MMR/Varicella/Hep B •Tdap and Flu vaccine•current •Respiratory Fit testing (within 12 months) •Must be able to pass a back ground screening •Must be able to pass urine drug testing If you meet the above requirements please forward your resume to: info@starnursing.
