Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license Demonstrated recent experience in Telemetry nursing BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Strong assessment, monitoring, and documentation skills Excellent team communication and patient-centered focus Experience adapting to new settings is highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care for telemetry patients, including monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms Respond promptly to changes in patient status; communicate critical information to providers Collaborate with healthcare team members in developing and implementing care plans Maintain accurate patient records according to facility guidelines Educate patients and families on condition management and post-discharge care
