Responsibilities:
The PACU RN in Española, NM, plays a vital leadership role in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit , overseeing the recovery of surgical patients to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care. This position requires clinical expertise in post-operative monitoring , pain management, and emergency response, along with strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with surgical teams and manage unit operations. Qualifications:
Licensure:
State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Graduate Nurse Permit required
Academic Preparation:
  • Degree from accredited academic nursing program (If a program is under conditional status, approval may be granted by system CNO)
