Qualifications:
Valid and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a stepdown, progressive care, or intermediate care unit BLS and ACLS certifications (current) Adaptable communication and clinical skills Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess patients transitioning from critical care to general wards Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as per care plan Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and ancillary teams for optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management Accurately document observations, interventions, and patient responses
