Qualifications:
Current RN license, valid in Arizona or compact state Minimum one year of recent Med-Surg nursing experience BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Excellent critical thinking and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to adult medical-surgical patients Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and update patient charts using electronic health record systems Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families on conditions, care plans, and discharge instructions
