Required Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry (RN-Tele) Proficiency with cardiac monitoring, telemetry equipment, and interpreting data BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and recognize abnormal patterns Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to create and implement care plans Provide timely, compassionate care under fast-paced conditions Educate patients and families on cardiac health and treatment plans Document patient status, interventions, and progress in electronic health records
