You will coordinate and oversee health services operations across assigned campuses, ensuring compliance with state laws, district policies, health protocols, documentation requirements, and confidential recordkeeping. In this role, you will supervise, evaluate, train, and support Health Assistants and designated school staff, lead team meetings, professional development, and ongoing health services administration. You will provide direct nursing care and emergency response for students, including first aid, medication administration, specialized medical procedures, chronic condition management, mental health support, and individualized health care planning. Collaboration with students, families, school administrators, medical providers, and community resources is essential to address health needs, promote student well-being, and ensure implementation of appropriate care and emergency plans. Managing school health office operations includes staffing coverage, health screenings, medication security, health and safety monitoring, required reporting, supplies and equipment maintenance, and other assigned duties. One campus is about 45 miles outside of Phoenix and may require occasional travel throughout the school year.
