Job Description
Pinnacle believes that YOU are the real leaders in the healthcare industry! We are looking for exceptional RNs to fill the multiple positions we have to offer here in Arizona! (Hospital Settings) Essential functions : Provide quality, compassionate nursing care under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) or Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Perform all functions within the scope of practice. Resolve difficult or complicated challenges in a positive, productive manner. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, visitors, physicians, and coworkers in a positive, respectful, and compassionate manner. Qualifications Current RN License Proficient in catheterization, IV insertion, and patient assessment Knowledgeable in basic life support and physiology Experience with EHR systems, including Epic and Cerner Familiarity with tube feeding and airway management Critical care experience preferred; experience with children and travel nursing is a plus Strong patient care and health coaching skills
