Qualifications & Experience Sought:
Active and unencumbered RN license Current Medical-Surgical nursing experience BLS certification (required; additional certifications a plus) Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered care to a diverse medical-surgical patient population Collaborate with physicians, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams Administer medications and interventions in accordance with physician orders Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and response to treatment Educate patients and families, supporting discharge planning and ongoing care Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
