Key Qualifications:

Active and unencumbered RN license (AZ or compact) Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a Cath Lab setting BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures, equipment, and patient care protocols Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, adaptable approach Experience monitoring patients, assisting during interventions, and responding to acute situations

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pre-, intra-, and post-procedure Cath Lab patients Assist with invasive cardiac procedures, including angioplasties and stent placements Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, and medication administration Coordinate with physicians, technologists, and support staff to ensure optimal procedural outcomes Adhere to safety and infection control standards to protect patients and colleagues Educate patients and families on procedure expectations and post-care instructions
