Sign-On Bonus:

$2,000 after 60 days, $2,000 after 180 days Pay package discussed upon application Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage Paid time off and holidays 401(k), HSA, and FSA options Life insurance, disability, and legal services Employee assistance programs, mental health resources, wellness initiatives Mileage reimbursement for travel within service areas What You'll Do Conduct in-home respiratory assessments and equipment setup Educate patients and families on equipment use and safety protocols Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for patient treatment plans Manage diverse respiratory conditions including ventilators, oxygen therapy, and CPAP/BiPAP support Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols Assist with on-call responsibilities for various ventilators and respiratory devices Support patients with complex respiratory needs, ensuring safe and effective care

What You Need Required:

Valid and active Respiratory Therapist license (RRT, CRT, or RC) or RN license Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or GED Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement available) Background check and drug screening clearance

Preferred:

Home healthcare experience Respiratory therapy or DME experience Degree in respiratory therapy, nursing, or related field At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare provider serving Tucson and its surrounding areas.
