Private Duty Nurse

Job Overview Step away from the hectic hospital pace and into a role where you can focus on one patient at a time. We're looking for dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) (LPN)to join our home health team and provide compassionate, skilled care in a comfortable home setting.

Shifts:

Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm Saturday & Sunday 7:00am-11:30am Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed. Administer medications and monitor vital signs Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, feeding, positioning, and dressing Support treatment plans in collaboration with care teams Wound care and dressing changes Manage ventilators, tracheostomy care, g-tubes, and catheters as needed Provide therapy support as directed by therapists Accompany clients to medical appointments when needed Engage clients in age-appropriate activities and stimulation Maintain accurate documentation in KanTime (EVV-compliant) Communicate effectively with the family and Everest care coordination team Experience Current nursing license with proven experience in private duty nursing or related healthcare settings. Active Arizona RN or LPN license Current CPR/BLS certification TB test results Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card Clean background check. Proficient knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and infectious disease management. Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds. Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for effective patient management is preferred. Pay:

$32.00 - $45.00 per hour
