Shift:
7:00 AM
  • 7:30
PM Experience:
12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 24 months of Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit experience. Travel experience is required. Experience with MEDHOST is preferred.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission). Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. No current placement allowed at

Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Tele skills required.
  • Previous Charge Experience:
    Required.
  • Strong community hospital/critical access experience required.
Special Requests:
  • No locals within 50 miles of hospital.
  • Can no longer accommodate travel pairs or trios.
Unit Details:
  • Adult and geriatric patient population.
  • Uses Pyxis medication system.
Shift & Scheduling:
  • Call required: 1 low census/on call shift every month 7 days maximum time off 1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months 1 reference required from within the last 3 years

BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) MAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior )
