  • $61/hr (W2, based on experience) Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
The RN will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, managing clinical assessments, administering treatments, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes. Key Responsibilities Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed Perform comprehensive nursing assessments of residents Monitor physical, emotional, and psychosocial status of residents Complete admission assessments and contribute to care plans and MDS documentation Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and care teams Ensure continuity of care through accurate shift reporting Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation Assist residents with ADLs when required Supervise and support nursing assistants and support staff Monitor changes in condition and respond to emergencies Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Participate in training, in-services, and quality improvement programs Support process improvement and resident outcome enhancement initiatives Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Arizona Graduate of an accredited nursing program Strong knowledge of nursing principles, pharmacology, and care planning Ability to work in LTC/SNF environment Strong communication and documentation skills For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
