YOU would start as ON-CALL with the opportunity to pick up a more permanent shifts in the future! The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to a client in her home. Client has a diagnosis of Spinal Muscular Atrophy and needs assistance with all ADL's. Vent dependent, electric wheelchair, breathing treatments, medications, and suction. Client is very outgoing and lives a relatively normal life all things considered. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, patient assessment, and the ability to perform essential nursing procedures. The LVN will work closely with another nurse and recieve paid training. There will be days that you will have to stay longer
