Responsibilities Perform a variety of non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures, including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and laser treatments, ensuring safety and precision. Assist clients by conducting consultations to understand their aesthetic goals, explaining treatment options clearly, and recommending personalized solutions. Manage client appointments efficiently using salon or med spa software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth scheduling and record-keeping. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, guiding product demos, and upselling skincare or cosmetic products to enhance results. Maintain strict sanitation protocols and cleanliness standards across treatment areas, adhering to health regulations and safety guidelines. Support front desk operations by managing guest services, scheduling follow-ups, and handling retail sales with enthusiasm. Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetic laser treatments, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and other beauty services to offer innovative solutions. Requirements Valid nursing license with experience in medical aesthetics or med spa environments preferred. Proficiency in performing botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, body waxing, hair threading, and other cosmetic procedures. Knowledge of salon software systems such as Millennium or

MINDBODY

for appointment management. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatment options confidently. Experience with social media management for promoting services and engaging with clients online is a plus. Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and patient safety throughout all procedures. Background in cosmetology, barbering, or esthetic laser treatments is highly desirable. Ability to perform makeup application, hair styling, deep tissue massage, nail care, tattooing, and color theory knowledge is advantageous.
