The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing appropriate medical interventions. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to patient advocacy. Responsibilities Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments of patients. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during procedures. Knowledge of
HOSPICE MD
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary based on observations. Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment options. Perform case management duties to coordinate comprehensive care for patients. • Suture wounds and manage care as needed. Experience Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting is preferred. Familiarity with Hospice care practices and case management is advantageous.
