Qualifications:

Current, active RN license Proven experience in Telemetry nursing Competency in assessing, monitoring, and responding to cardiac rhythms and patient changes Experience and willingness to float to a MedSurg unit when required Strong communication and teamwork skills BLS and ACLS certifications (current)

Responsibilities:

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly responding to abnormalities Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition Administer medications and treatments safely, maintaining detailed and accurate patient records Foster an environment focused on patient comfort, dignity, and safety Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team to create and implement patient care plans Educate patients and their families regarding condition management and recovery processes Adapt to assignments within both telemetry and medical-surgical units as patient census requires Working in this role provides the opportunity to collaborate with compassionate professionals in a dynamic clinical setting.
