Skills and Qualifications:
Active RN license in California. Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in RN Case Management. Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Competency using electronic medical records and case documentation. Current BLS certification required.
