Job Description

Overview Smartsync LLC is looking for RN positions across USA for all states Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse ( RN
ICU/ER/MED/SURG
NOCS/Circulator ) where your expertise will directly impact patient care and well-being. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care by performing physical examinations, vital signs monitoring, and comprehensive assessments. Administer medications, injections and other treatments following established protocols and safety standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Manage patient documentation accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse with current certification Proven experience in diverse healthcare settings such as hospitals (Level I & II trauma centers), nursing homes, outpatient clinics, or home & community care environments. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding, and electronic medical records systems like Epic or Cerner. Critical care experience preferred, including ICU or emergency room exposure; experience with ventilators and airway management is a plus. Excellent patient assessment skills combined with compassionate communication tailored for diverse populations including pediatrics (neonatal ventilator), geriatrics (memory & dementia care), and individuals with disabilities.
Pay:
$70.00 - $125.00 per hour
