Job Description

Greetings, Hot ASAP Need NP/PA-Geriatric Primary Care IN-Home/Telehealth Cerritos, CA NP/PA-Geriatric Mon Fri 8-5pm ; on-call rotation Geriatric Primary Care Telehealth Visits when not in Home for Cerritos office DEA/BLS required Reliable transportation Required Malpractice Paid Paid Weekly Participate in On-Call rotation which includes after hours telephonic support a 3-4 times per month. 2+ years of experience in home-based services, complex cases, and hospice and/or palliative care is preferred; some bedside hospital, oncology, ER or ICU experience is highly preferred.
