Job Description:

Prepares and maintains resident assessments and individualized service plans Communicates clearly with Administrator, residents and families of any changes in condition or concerns Manages, oversees, and assists personnel in In-service training and medications Assures completion of all resident activities of daily living according to ISPs Interviews, hires, trains, schedules and supervises all Healthcare staff and facilitates staff meetings and in-service training Manages all physician communications, medical updates, and pharmacy cycle changes and orders.
