Qualifications & Experience:

Current and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting BLS and ACLS certifications required PALS and TNCC certifications preferred Excellent assessment, triage, and critical thinking abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Adaptability and composure in fast-paced, high-stress situations

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments, perform triage, and initiate appropriate interventions Collaborate with physicians and allied professionals to deliver optimal emergency care Monitor and manage medical equipment, medications, and treatments for acute and chronic conditions Accurately document patient observations, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility protocols Respond promptly to patient needs and rapidly changing conditions Educate and support patients and families regarding care plans and follow-up care Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards This is a contract role offering the chance to expand your experience within a supportive and highly skilled emergency care team.
