Job Description

Position:
RN L&D Location:
Bakersfield, CA Shift:
4x12 (Nights)
Certification Required:
CA RN License , BLS, ACLS, FHM, and Advanced NRP required
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years specialty experience with specialty experience within past 3 months. Cerner AND Epic experience required
Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor pregnant patients during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. Perform fetal monitoring and interpret fetal heart rate patterns. Assess maternal vital signs and recognize signs of complications. Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products as prescribed. Assist physicians and midwives during vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections. Prepare delivery rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is available and functioning. Provide labor support, pain management, and emotional reassurance to patients and families.
Pay:
$4,100.00 - $4,522.00 per week
