  • RN to join our team.
Schedule:
12-hour night shifts; 7 shifts per 2 weeks, including weekends. 3. Key Responsibilities Provide critical care management for organ donors. Assess, monitor, and manage donor hemodynamics and organ function. Coordinate organ procurement and donation processes. Collaborate with hospital staff, physicians, and transplant teams. Support donor families and ensure proper documentation. Maintain accurate clinical records and compliance with protocols. 4. Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • California.
2+ years of ICU, ER, or Critical Care experience required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to travel within service area. 5. Education Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (BSN preferred). 6. Certifications BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (within orientation period) PALS (within orientation period) 7. Preferred Qualifications Experience in organ donation or transplant coordination. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation.
