Schedule/Hours:
Variable shifts as needed, with flexibility to meet departmental demands
Your Qualifications:
Active RN license (CA or compact, as applicable) 1+ year recent experience in Operating Room (OR) environment BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Ability to circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical specialties Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care Collaborate with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and other professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Monitor patient safety, surgical asepsis, and documentation throughout procedures Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and maintain a sterile field Educate patients and families on procedures and post-op care
