Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including primary care, assisted living, nursing homes, and critical care environments. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions and medical histories. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Assist in the management of patients with chronic conditions, including dementia care and geriatrics. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care standards. Skills The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: Strong knowledge of primary care practices and procedures. Experience in assisted living or nursing home environments. Proficiency in dementia care techniques. Familiarity with occupational health practices. Knowledge of hospice palliative medicine principles. Understanding of geriatrics and age-related health issues. Experience working in ICU or critical care settings. Ability to provide pediatric nursing care when required. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient management.
