Responsibilities Perform non-invasive cosmetic procedures such as botulinum toxin injections with precision and care. Provide expert consultations on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment plans tailored to individual goals. Manage patient records accurately using salon software systems ensuring compliance with health regulations. Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and safety protocols to promote optimal results. Assist with social media management by showcasing before-and-after photos, promoting services, and engaging with online community followers. Uphold sanitation standards rigorously by maintaining a clean treatment area and adhering to all health and safety guidelines. Skills Proven experience in med spa or aesthetic nursing environments with knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment. Strong management skills for coordinating appointments, inventory, and client flow efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and maintaining a sterile environment for all treatments. Experience in social media management for marketing purposes and brand promotion. Competence in handling retail sales of skincare products or beauty tools confidently and professionally.
