Preferred Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience ACLS and BLS certifications (required) Expertise in cardiac and vascular operating room procedures Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and surgical teams Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Scrub and circulate for CVOR procedures, ensuring safety and efficiency Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary surgical team Monitor patient status pre-, intra-, and post-operatively Maintain detailed and accurate documentation Uphold strict infection control and patient safety protocols
