A Cellular Therapy Transplant Coordinator manages the care process for patients, donors and their caregivers undergoing cell-based therapies, such as CAR T-cell therapy (opens in new window) or stem cell transplants. Key responsibilities include patient and family education on treatment processes, coordinating treatment logistics, liaising between the patient and the multidisciplinary medical team, and monitoring patient progress through the pre- and post-treatment phases. The role requires strong organizational skills, medical knowledge, and compassion to navigate the complexities of cellular therapy from patient referral to long-term follow-up care. Education:
BSN (Bachelor of Science, Nursing) required License/Certifications:
Current, unrestricted California RN license required BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required OCN or BMTCN or other specialty certification required (or willing to obtain one (1) year from start date for external hires) Experience:
