We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Case Manager to enhance our inpatient case management department's operations. In this exciting position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a team of inpatient case managers, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care throughout their hospital journey and beyond.

At CSMNS, we pride ourselves on our innovative case management program, designed to support patients from admission through discharge across various healthcare settings, including inpatient and Skilled Nursing Facilities. We leverage the Case Management Society of America's (CMSA) model to create a collaborative process that emphasizes assessment, planning, facilitation, and advocacy. Our mission is to optimize health outcomes while maintaining cost-effectiveness.Qualifications Qualifications Education:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing requiredLicense/Certifications:
Valid CA RN license required Certified Case Management preferred or willing to obtain within 2 years time from start date Current BLS certification fromARC or AHA Experience:
5 years in acute care nursing - Medical Surgical/Tele/ICU / LTACH or 1 year in acute care nursing ( Medical Surgical/Tele/ICU ) with 2 or more year of care management experience (UM or DC Planning). 1 year of previous experience in case management in the acute inpatient or outpatient settings preferred; knowledge of HMO and Medicare rules in inpatient, home health and at the SNF settings preferred Knowledge of workers compensation rules and regulations is highly preferred Knowledge of Epic is highly preferred Cedars-Sinai is an EEO employer.
