Compensation is negotiable for experienced providers with an established patient following a demonstrated production history. We're looking for a provider seeking a long-term professional home, not simply their next position. Our leadership brings decades of experience in medical aesthetics, patient care, and hospitality. We believe aesthetic medicine should be guided by ethics, education, and what is truly in the patient's best interest, not sales quotas or unnecessary treatments. We use only authentic, FDA-approved products sourced through authorized U.S. manufacturers and distributors. Our front desk, patient coordinators, and administrative team support your daily workflow so you can focus on caring for patients and delivering results. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations Administer Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and other injectables Perform laser and energy-based aesthetic procedures Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals Educate patients on treatment options and long-term aesthetic planning Maintain accurate medical documentation Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up Qualifications Active California RN, NP, or PA license Minimum three years of aesthetic injection experience preferred Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers Laser experience preferred Excellent consultation and communication skills Professional, dependable, and patient-focused Commitment to ethical, patient-first care What We Offer Starting compensation of $50+ per hour plus performance bonuses Negotiable pay for experienced providers with an established following Established practice with an existing patient base and room to grow your clientele Dedicated front desk, scheduling, and administrative support Ongoing advanced education and mentorship Industry-leading FDA-approved products and advanced technologies Collaborative, supportive, professional environment Opportunity for leadership and long-term career growth Employee discounts on treatments and skincare Schedule Tuesday through Saturday, approximately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
