We are currently looking for an RN to care for our patients in Burlingame. Monday-Friday schedule

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

Understands and adheres to established policies and procedures Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and develops patient care plans Prepares clinical notes and documentation in a timely manner Provides skilled nursing services, treatments, diagnostic, and preventive procedures Observes signs and symptoms and reports changes in patient condition Coordinates care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Educates and counsels patients and families regarding care needs and disease management Supervises and directs LVNs and HHAs as appropriate Prepares equipment and materials for treatments

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

Current California RN License Current CPR/BLS Certification Valid Driver's License 1 year RN experience (preferred) 1 year Home Health RN experience (preferred) Experience with: g-tube feeding, ventilator support, oral and tracheal suctioning OASIS documentation experience preferred Looking forward to hearing from you!
