Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) - Ambulatory Surgery | Calabasas, CA Day Shift | 5x8 Schedule | Up to $2,640/Week We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment at a high-volume ambulatory surgery center in Calabasas, California. This role is ideal for OR nurses with strong orthopedic experience, particularly in total joint procedures, who thrive in a fast-paced outpatient surgical environment.

None Local candidates accepted at the same rate Required Qualifications Active California RN license Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience Minimum 1 year of ambulatory surgery center experience Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC) Current ACLS certification (AHA or ARC) Hard Stop Requirement Recent Total Joint experience is required Candidates without hands-on experience in total joint procedures will not be considered. Preferred Qualifications Orthopedic surgery experience Pre-op and PACU cross-training Previous travel nursing experience Interest in permanent placement opportunities Clinical Experience Candidates should be comfortable with: Total knee replacements Total hip replacements Orthopedic procedures Circulating in outpatient surgery settings Perioperative patient assessment Sterile technique and infection prevention Electronic medical record documentation Work Environment Ambulatory surgery center Outpatient orthopedic procedures Fast-paced surgical setting Collaborative multidisciplinary team Day shift schedule with no routine call Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply No schedule requests can be accommodated
