Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Aesthetic Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic med spa team. In this role, you will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in cosmetic procedures, combined with exceptional customer service skills, will ensure a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your clinical skills in a vibrant, growth-oriented setting dedicated to aesthetic excellence and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures including Botox (botulinum toxin treatments), dermal fillers, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and other non-invasive skin rejuvenation techniques. Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans. Manage pre- and post-treatment care, ensuring clients are well-informed about procedures and aftercare instructions. Assist with product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and treatments to promote ongoing skin health. Provide excellent patient services by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing client questions promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Requirements Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) with appropriate state certification for aesthetic practice. Proven experience in medical spa or med spa settings with expertise in botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, or similar procedures. Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively about procedures and aftercare instructions. Experience with social media management to engage clients online and promote services effectively. Skills in customer service that foster a positive client experience from consultation through follow-up care.
