13 weeks with possible extensions
Shift:
5x8 days (M-F) Job Duties Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in hospice settings, focusing on comfort and quality of life. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and manage pain and other symptoms effectively. Educate and support patients and families regarding end-of-life care and expectations. Coordinate care with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and other healthcare professionals. Document patient status, care provided, and updates accurately and in a timely manner. Respond to patient and family needs, including emotional and psychological support. Ensure adherence to hospice policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Participate in care planning meetings and communicate changes in patient condition. Provide guidance and supervision to LPNs, CNAs, or other support staff as needed. Maintain patient dignity, comfort, and respect throughout end-of-life care.
Pay:
$2,400.00 - $2,900.00 per week
