On-Call / Per Diem Join a Team That Values Compassionate Care East Bay Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team on an on-call basis. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking for schedule flexibility while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. As an LVN, you will provide skilled nursing care, support resident wellness, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care in a supportive post-acute environment.
The Opportunity Position:
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) -
On-Call Location:
East Bay Post Acute Pay:
$36.00-$40.00 per hour
Schedule:
Per Diem / On-Call Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, therapists, and physicians to coordinate resident care Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism Qualifications Current California LVN license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Reliable, flexible, and committed to providing exceptional resident care Why Join East Bay Post Acute?
