This is a full-time, direct hire, onsite opportunity based in West Hollywood, CA .

POSITION OVERVIEW

Clinical Research Registered Nurse will play a key role in supporting clinical trials while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This position blends hands-on clinical nursing with research operations, ensuring studies are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about improving health outcomes for underserved populations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform protocol-required clinical procedures, including assessments, specimen collection, phlebotomy, injections, IV placement/administration, and investigational product handling. Maintain accurate, timely documentation across clinical records, research systems, and study reports. Support participant recruitment, screening, enrollment, informed consent, and retention efforts. Monitor participant safety, review lab results, reconcile medications, and escalate adverse events appropriately. Process and manage biological specimens in compliance with study protocols and regulatory standards. Partner cross-functionally with investigators, research staff, and sponsors to support study execution, audits, and ongoing trial operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Prior experience supporting clinical trials or research studies required. Knowledge of

GCP, HIPAA, FDA

regulations, and clinical documentation best practices. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide compassionate, culturally competent care.
