Contract Length:
13 Weeks We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a GI Lab assignment in West Hollywood, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced endoscopy environment providing high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients undergoing gastrointestinal procedures.
Responsibilities:
Provide pre
  • intra
  • and post-procedure nursing care for GI and endoscopy patients.
Assist physicians during GI procedures, including EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, PEG placement, and GI bleed management. Scrub and circulate during endoscopy procedures while maintaining a sterile field. Monitor patients receiving general anesthesia, MAC, and moderate sedation. Prepare, operate, and troubleshoot GI lab equipment and procedure accessories. Ensure accurate specimen collection, labeling, and handling. Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care. Float to other appropriate units as required.
Requirements:
Active California RN License Minimum 3 years of GI/Endoscopy nursing experience Experience with Pediatric Endoscopy, PACU, Inpatient care, and Scrub duties required Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and LA City Fire Card First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Assignment Details:
13-week travel contract Day shift: 4x10-hour schedule (6:30 AM
