Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Travel Ambulatory / Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) working day shifts! This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide specialized outpatient and ambulatory care to oncology patients, ensuring they receive compassionate, expert treatment in a fast-paced environment. As a vital member of our team, you'll deliver high-quality nursing care, coordinate complex treatments, and support patients through their cancer journey. This position is perfect for motivated RNs eager to expand their expertise in oncology, critical care, and outpatient services while enjoying the flexibility of travel nursing. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for oncology and ambulatory patients. Administer medications, including chemotherapy and Botulinum toxin treatments, following strict safety protocols. Utilize EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks to document patient care accurately and efficiently. Perform specialized procedures including IV infusions, suturing, catheterization, tube feeding management, and sterile technique adherence. Proven experience in outpatient or ambulatory care settings such as oncology clinics, medical offices, or hospital outpatient departments.
