We take pride in our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who work together to create a warm and supportive environment for our residents. As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team.
Job Description:
We are currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on night shifts at Arbor Post Acute 6:30pm-7:00am. As an integral member of our nursing staff, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Your dedication and clinical expertise will contribute to enhancing the well-being and overall quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and established protocols. Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being, noting any changes in condition and ensuring timely interventions. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families, fostering a compassionate and nurturing environment. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of residents' medical history, assessments, and care provided. Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring a smooth transition of care. Participate in team meetings, educational programs, and ongoing training to stay current with best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of CA Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
