RN Neurotrauma Surgical ICU Job Summary:

The RN in the Neurotrauma Surgical ICU will be responsible for providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients who have undergone neurosurgery for traumatic injuries. This role requires critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assessing and monitoring patients post-neurosurgery to ensure optimal recovery Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety

Qualifications and Skills:
