We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and working as part of a multidisciplinary team. Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse and become a vital part of delivering exceptional patient care across diverse medical settings. In this role, you will utilize your extensive nursing expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans while working closely with multidisciplinary teams. Your energetic approach and dedication will help ensure patients receive compassionate, high-quality treatment in environments ranging from acute care hospitals to long-term care facilities. We are committed to providing a paid opportunity where your skills make a meaningful difference every day. Qualifications Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Current BLS/CPR certification. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small-team environment. Minimum 3 years of recent nursing experience in one or more of the following settings: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Congregate Living Health Facility (CLHF) Hospice Post-Acute Care Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to determine individual needs. Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations. Manage complex medical procedures such as catheterizations, suturing, tube feeding, and ventilator management with precision and confidence. Document all patient interactions thoroughly using electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), maintaining compliance with medical documentation standards. Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans. Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs as appropriate. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with California Title 22 regulations and facility policies. Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and resident safety initiatives.
Pay:
$50.00 - $55.00 per hour
