Schedule:

Night shifts, 3 times per week 11.5 hours per shift (19:00 - 07:30)

Qualifications:

Current, valid RN license with experience in NICU settings Recent Level

III NICU

experience required Proficient in caring for critically ill newborns and monitoring complex medical equipment Strong communication skills for collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and supporting families BLS and NRP certifications highly encouraged

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver expert, compassionate care to neonates requiring advanced interventions Monitor, assess, and document patient status, responding promptly to any changes Administer medications, manage ventilators, and support life-saving therapies Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals Educate and reassure families, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the infant's stay
