The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a diverse set of medical skills. Responsibilities
  • Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
  • Provide patient education on health conditions and treatments
  • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and behavior
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document all services provided
  • Attend Multidisciplilary Team Meetings and provide information on patients Skills _ Valid RN License in California
  • Proficient in ICD-10 coding for accurate medical documentation
  • Strong verbal and written English proficiency (bi-lingual Spanish is preferred)
  • Proficient in using computer for documentation
  • A desire to help and have compassion for elderly, underpriviliged patients with mental health disabilities Join our team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
